Press Brakes
The press brake bending machine is a sheet metal processing machine. The bending function of the metal plate is executed by bending mold (punch and dies). Brakes are described by basic parameters; tonnage and working length. Additional parameters include the stroke, the distance between the upper and lower tooling or side housings, the distance to the back gauge, and work height.
Press brake types can be categorized into manual press brake, hydraulic press brake, and CNC press brake.
Materials commonly used in the brake-forming process include:
Aluminum
Brass
Cold-rolled carbon steel
Hot-rolled carbon steel
Stainless steel
